specifically described by metes and bounds as follows
Beginning at a point for the Northwest corner of Block 200 same being the
Northwest corner of Lot 10, said point also being the intersection of the South
right -of way line of Eleventh Street and the East right-of-way line of Lamar Street;
Thence South 240 04' 30' East 2811 feet along the East right-of-way line of
