WHEREAS Alfred Villalobos Jr, and Anita M. Villalobos are the owners of Lots 5 and 6, Block 38,
of the Original Townsite of the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the East cornerof Lot 6, Block 38, Original Townsite of Wichita
Falls as shown on the Plat of Record in Volume E, Page 264, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 55' 19' 30" W 150.0 feet with the line between Lots 6 & 7 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the
South Corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 340 31' 30" W 100.0 feet along the Northwest line of a 25 foot Alley to a 1/2 inch iron rod set
at the West corner of Lot 5;
THENCE N 55" 19' 30" E 150.0 feet along the line between Lots 4 & 5 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the
Southwest line of Corwin Street;
THENCE S 340 31' 30" E 100.0 feet along the Southwest line of Corwin Street to the Place of Beginning.
The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
