BEGINNING at an iron rod in the Southeast line of Front Street, said point being in the
Northwest line of Lot 12, S 550 00' W 89.7 feet from the North corner of Block 87, Original
Townsite, as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1 to 4, Wichita County Plat Records for the North
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 350 10' E a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the Southeast of Lot 12 for the
East corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 00' W with the Southeast line of Lots 12, 13 and 14 a distance of 47.8 feet to
an iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 10' W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the Southeast line of Front
Street for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 00' E with the Southeast line of Front Street a distance of 47.8 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.165 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drain easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein ex 1•essed.
