Original Town and a closed portion of Bridge Street in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas being
more specifically described as follows:
Beginning at the original Southeast corner of Block 22, Original Town, the point of beginning of
this tract.
THENCE South 56 degrees 00 minutes West 55.0 feet along the North line of Jefferson Street set a
1/2 inch reinforcing rod.
THENCE North 34 degrees 00 minutes West 100.0 feet to a point in the North line of Lot 6 and the
South line of Lot 5, set a P.R. nail in concrete.
THENCE South 56 degrees 00 minutes West 95.0 feet along the North line of Lot 6 and the South
line of Lot 5 to the East line of a 25 foot alley, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod for corner.
