bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the South corner of Lot 1-A, Block 92, Original Townsite, as
recorded in Volume 16, Page 34, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the
intersection of the Northeast line of Scott Avenue and the Northwest line of Second
Street;
THENCE N 35' 09' W with the Northeast line of Scott Avenue a distance of 328.58 feet to
an iron rod;
THENCE N 33' 24' E a distance of 108.92 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 53' 23' E a distance of 223.71 feet to an iron rod in the Southwest line of
Indiana Avenue and at the North corner of Lot 9-B, Block 92, Original Townsite of Wichita
Falls;
THENCE S 35' 09' E with the Southwest line of Indiana Avenue a distance of 375.0 feet to
an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 1-A, said point being in the intersection of
the Southwest line of Indiana Avenue and the Northwest .line of Second Street;
THENCE S 55' 00, W with the Northwest line of Second Street a distance of 325.0 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.720 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicated to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
