BEGINNING at an iron rod at the West corner of Lot 1, Block 104, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls,
Texas, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 4, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the intersection
of the South line of Second Street and the East line of a 25 foot alley;
THENCE N 55' 20" E with the North line of Lot 1 a distance of 137.0 feet to an iron rod back of curb
on the West line of Ohio Avenue;
THENCE S 440 58' E with said back of curb a distance of 72.7 feet to a point in the East line of Lot
3;
THENCE S 340 40' E a distance of 28.5 feet to an iron rod at the East corner of Lot 4;
THENCE S 55' 20' W with the South line of Lot 4 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod at the West
corner of Lot 4, said point being in the East line of said alley;
THENCE N 340 40' W with the West lines of Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4, a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.33 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person
