BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 73, Original Townsite, as recorded in Volume 5,
Page 21, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being an iron rod in the North line of East Wichita
Street;
THENCE S 530 36' W with the South line of Block 73 and the North line of East Wichita Street a distance
of 100.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 13;
THENCE N 360 24' W with the West line of Lot 13 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest
corner of Lot 13;
THENCE N 530 36' E with the North line of Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod
at the Northeast corner of Lot 16;
THENCE S 36' 24' E with the East line of Lot 16 a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.344 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks,
