said tract also being part of Block 131, Orisinal Town,,te of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and bei n9 more specifically described by metes and pounds as follows.
Beg inr ing at the Southwest corner of said Block 131, said turner being the intersection
of the North Right-of-way Line of Fifth Street and the East Right-of-way Line of Lee Street, said
point also being the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 230 41' West 100.0 feet along the East Right-of-way Line of Lee Street and
the West line of Lots 8 A 9, Block 131 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
