THENCE S 340 47' E - 4.45 feet to iron rod at angle in expressway right-of-way;
THENCE S 020 57' E - 94.8 feet to iron rod in Southwest line of Block 245;
THENCE with Northeast right-of-way line of Holliday Street, N 34' 47' W - 285.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.508 acre of land.
