FIELD NOTES
A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 16Aand 21, Block 75,
Original Townsite, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita
County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes
and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 11" iron rod being the point of intersection of the
westerly right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road, and the northerly
right-of-way line of Wichita Street, said �" iron rod being the south-
east corner of said Lot 21, Block 75, and also being the southeast
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said northerly right-of-way line of Wichita Street,
South 56° 00' West 150.00 feet to a '" iron rod being the southwest
corner of said Lot 16A, and also being the southwest corner of this
tract;
Thence along the westerly line of said Lot 16 North 34" 00'
West 150.00 feet to a Y" iron rod lying in the south line of a 25-foot
alley, said �" iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 16A,and
of this tract;
Thence along said south line of a 25-foot alley, North 56° 00'
East 150.00 feet to a 111" iron rod being a point of intersection of
said south line of a 25-foot alley and said westerly right-of-way line
of Burkburnett Road, said ;j" iron rod being the northeast corner of
said Lot 21, and of this tract;
Thence along said westerly right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road,
South 34° 00' East 150.00 feet to the place of beginning and contain-
ing 0.52 acre of land, more or less.
