Whereas U. M. McKinnon is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 75,
Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 20, Block 75, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls,
Texas as recorded in the Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE South 150 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of Wichita Street for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 125 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 150 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East 125 feet to the place of beginning and containing .43 acre of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
