WHEREAS Clint Whittington is the owner of Lot 1, Block 14, Irrigation Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 25, Page 238, Wichita County Plot Records, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Hampton Road at the Southwest corner of said Lot
1, Block 14, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 1; Wyatt Addition as shown on plat
recorded in Volume 26, Page 138, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 01' 20" E, with the West line of said Lot 1, Block 14, and the East line of
said Lot 1, Wyatt Addition, at 5.00 feet pass an iron rod set in the North line. of Hampton
Road, and continuing on the some course for a total distance of 272.22 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 14, said rod being at the most Westerly
Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 14, Irrigation. Subdivision, for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 82' 08' 05" E, with the North line of said Lot 1, Block 14, and the South line of
said Lot 2, a distance of 149.30 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1, said rod being at an ell corner of said Lot 2, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 02' 00' 06" E, with the East line of said Lot 1, Block 14, and the. West line of
said Lot 2, at 282.63 feet pass an iron rod set in the North line of Hampton Road, and
continuing on the some course for a total distance of 287.63 feet to an iron rod set in the
North line of Hampton Road at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, said rod being at the
most Southerly Southwest corner of said Lot 2, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 07 '00" W, with the South line of said Lot 1, Block 14, and the North line of
Hampton Road, a distance of 158.13 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.98
acre of land.

hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
