WHEREAS J.C. and Clara Bell Patterson are the owners of a tract of land known as 540 White
Street and being the same land as described as second tract in Volume 560, Page 433, Wichita County
Deed Records, Wichita County Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the second tract and the Southeast corner of a tract owned by
Joe Fernstrom Volume 1201, Page 451 and on the East line of Block 4, Irrigation Subdivision of J.A.
Scott Survey No. 10, Abstract 302;
THENCE S 000 56' 36" W along a tract of land owned by Texas Electric Service Company described in
Volume 576, Page 375, at 50.0 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set, at 282.3 feet pass 61.76 feet West of a
T.E.S.Co. monument at the Northeast corner of another tract owned by T.E.S.Co. tract described in
Volume 581, Page 62, in all a distance of 454.8 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southeast corner
of the second tract;
THENCE N 87° 39' 30" W along the North line of White Street extended 92.03 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
set at the Southeast corner of Lot 21, Riley -Williams Addition for the Southwest corner of the second
tract;
THENCE N 000 56' 36" E along the East line of Lots 21 and 20 at 402.0 feet pass the Northeast corner
of Lot 20, in all a distance of 452.0 feet to a point on the South line of the Fernstrom tract;
THENCE S 890 24' 27" E 92.0 feet along the South line of the Fernstrom tract to the Place of Beginning
and containing 0.96 Acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
