A tract of land out of Block 1, Sayles Irrigation Subdivision of the J. A. Scott
Survey No. 10, A-302, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a nail in the pavement, said nail being the point of intersec-
tion of the south right-of-way line of Chester Avenue and the centerline
of California Avenue, said nail being the northwest corner of said Block 1,
Sayles Irrigation Subdivision, said nail being the northwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Chester Avenue, North 89° 26'
East, passing the point of intersection of said south right-of-way line of
Chester Avenue and the east right-of-way line of California Avenue at 127.10
feet, a total distance of 661.80 feet to a point for the northeast corner
of this tract;
Thence South 00' 34' East 294.86 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the southeast
corner of this tract;
Thence South 89° 26' West passing a Texas Electric Service Company Monument
.at 631.80 feet, a total distance of 66.1.80 feet to a nail in the pavement, said
nail lies in said east right-of-way line of California Avenue, said nail being
the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of California Avenue, North_00°
34' West 294.86 feet to the place of beginning; and containing 4.48 acres, more
or less.
