BEGINNING at an iron rod at the intersection of the East line of Cleveland Avenue of the South
line of Humphreys Street, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 24, Bateson Second
Addition as recorded in Volume 3, Page 102, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 890 27' 30" 1. with the South line of Humphreys Street a distance of 100.0 feet to an
iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 2:
THENCE South with the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast
corner of Lot 2;
THENCE S 89' 27' 30" W a distance of 28.25 feet to an iron rod in the Northeast line of Eastside
Drive;
THENCE N 610 021 W with the Northeast line of Eastside Drive a distance of 82.0 feet to an iron
rod in the East line of Cleveland Avenue and the West line of said Lot 1;
THENCE North with the Nest line of Lot I a distance of 79.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.242 acre of land.
