BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of Lot B, Block 2, James Bateson's
Addition, as recorded in Volune 4, Page 34, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being at
the intersection of the East line of Brick Street and the South line of Sullivan Street;
THENCE East with the South line of Sullivan Street a distance of 117.0 feet feet to an iron rod
set at the Northeast corner of Lot 17;
THENCE S 00' 38' W with the East line of Lot 17, a distance of 115.0 feet to an iron rod set at
the Southeast corner of Lot 17;
THENCE West with the North line of a 20 foot Alley a distance of 117.0 feet to an iron rod set
in the East line of Brick Street at the Southwest corner of Lot B;
THENCE N 00' 38' E with the East line of Brick Street, a distance of 115.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.31 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expres �d.
