THENCE S 000 06' E with the East line of Lot 5, a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron rod set at

THENCE West a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron rod set at theSouthwest corner of Lot 1,
THENCE N 00' 06' W with the East line of Redwood Street a distance of 120.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.689 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
