monument found on the South line of a 10 foot wide alley and the North line of Harding Street, for the Southeast comer
of this tract,
THENCE N 880 5T W with the South line of 10 foot alley and North line of Harding Street a distance of 250 0 feet to
a monument found for the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 01' 00' E at 10 0 feet pass the Southwest corner of said Lot 13 and continuing N 01' 00' E with the West
