as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 20. Block 262, Thompson
Subdivision, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 4, Page 30, Wichita County Plat Records, said
point being in the North line of Eleventh Street,
THENCE N 34' 52' W with the West line of Lot 20, a distance of 162.59 feet to an iron rod found
at the Northwest corner of Lot 20,
THENCE N 55' 08' E a distance of 125.21 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of
a tract conveyed to Dryden and Khoury in Volume 1399, page 813, Wichita County Deed
Records;
THENCE S 34' 45' E a distance of 162.44 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Eleventh
Street,
THENCE S 55' 04' W with the North line of Eleventh Street a distance of 124.85 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.466 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
