Block 262, Thompson Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 Inch Iron rod which bears South 566 00' West 157.5 feet from the
Intersection of the west right-of-way line of Grace Street and the south right-of-way line
of Tenth Street, said 1/2 Inch Iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 4-A, Block
262, and also being the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the east line of said Lot 4-A, Block 262, South 34e 00' East 162.5 feet
to a 1/2 Inch Iron rod Iyl ng in the north Iine of a 25-foot alley, said 1/2 inch Iron rod
being the southeast corner of said Lot 4-A and also being the southeast corner of this
tract;
Thence along sold north line of a 25-foot alley, South 56e 00' West 367.5 feet 10 a
1/2 inch Iron rod being the southwest corner of said Lot 10, Block 262, and the southwest
corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said north line of a 25-foot alley, North 34e 00' West 162.5 feet to a
