FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 16, A-306, Wichita County, Texas, and being a
part of the Thompson Subdivi.sion, Block 262, being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at an "X" in concrete which bears North 16° 10' 38" East 515.06 feet from the
southwest corner of the above mentioned J.A. Scott Survey No. 16, A-306, said "X" in concrete
also being in the south right-of-way line of Tenth Street, a dedicated street, for the north-
east corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence South 34' 00' East 162.5 feet to a 1/I"' iron rod in the north line of a 25-foot
alley for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the north line of said 25-foot alley, South 56° 00' West 63.4 feet to a 1/2"
iron rod for corner;
Thence North 340 00' West 162.5 feet to a 112" iron pipe in the said south right-of-way
line of Tenth Street, said 1/2" iron pipe being the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along the above mentioned south right-of-way line of Tenth Street, North 560 00'
East 63.4 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.24 acres of land, more or less.
