more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Be inning at a point which bears North µto 15, East 704.1 feet from
the Southwest corner of the above mentioned J.A. Scott Survey No, 16, A-306,
said point also being in the North line of a 25 foot alley for the Soutl"at
corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
