Wichita County Plat Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 262, Thompson Subdivision, said rod also
being in the North Riaht-of-way of Eleventh Street;
THENCE N 55°15' E, along the North Right-of-way line of Eleventh Street, 105.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Southeast corner of Lot 26, Block 262, Thompson Subdivision, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 34'52' W along the East line of said Lot 26, 162.5 feet to an iron rod in the South line of an
alley, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55`15' W, along South line of alley, 105.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of said
Lot 25, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 34'52' E, along the West line of said Lot 25, 162.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing
0.391 acres of land.
The Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agpnt hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
