Beginning at a point for the Sou tbwest corner of Lot 23, Block 3, and also being the Southeast corner
of the above mentioned Lot 22, said point bears North 880 West 100.34 feet from the Southeast corner of se id Block
3, Grant's Subdivision for the place of beginning of the herein described tract, said point also lies in the North
