THENCE N 55' 00' E, with the South Right -of -Way line of Ninth Street, 90.2 feet to a point, for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 350 06' E 165.0 feet to a point in the North line of an alley, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55° 00' W with the North line of said alley, 90.2 feet to a point in the East Right -of -Way line of
Holliday Street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35° 06' W with the East Right -of -Way line of Holliday Street, 165.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.341 acre of land.
