the North Right -of -Way of Tenth Street;
THENCE S 55' 15' lJ with the North Right -of -Way line of Tenth Street 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.379 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
