Townsite, being the intersection of the North line of Twelfth Street and the East line of Grace Street;
THENCE N 330 55' W with the East line of Grace Street 350.8 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 11,
being in the South line of Eleventh Street;
THENCE N 560 20' E with the South line of Eleventh Street 251.8 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 15,
being in the West line of a 25 foot alley;
THENCE S 330 47' E with the West line of said alley 351.1 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 6, being
in the North line of Twelfth Street;
THENCE S 560 25' W with the North line of Twelfth Street 251.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.025 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and
