BEGINNING at a spike found at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B. Warfords
Subdivision of Lot No. 1, Block No. 3, Bellevued Addition;
THENCE N 89' 19' 30" W 130.5 to a point of the East line of a 10.0 foot alley,
an iron rod bear 0.02 feet West and 0.05 feet.North from this point;
THENCE N 00' 32' E 100.08 feet along the East line of the alley to an iron rod;
THENCE S 89' 21' 39" E 130.43 feet along the South line of Lot 3, to an iron rod
set on the West line of Warford Street;
THENCE S 00' 29' 30" W 100.17 feet along the West line of Warford Street to the
Place of Beginning and containing 0.30 Acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this Plat and whose name is
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
