BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Boyd and Moore Subdivision of Block 261 as
recorded in Volume 5, Page 17, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being the inter-
section of the South Right -of -Way line of Ninth Street and the West Right -of -Way line of
Grace Street;
THENCE S 350 00' E 160.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 21;
THENCE S 55' 00' W with the North line of a 30.0 foot alley 300.0 feet to the Southwest
corner of Lot 17;
THENCE N 35" 00' W with the West line of Lot 17 a distance of 160.0 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot 17, said point being in the South Right -of -Way line of Ninth Street;
THENCE N 550 00' E with said Right -of -Way line 300.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.102 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
