Whereas Mr. Archie Lee Martin, P.O. Box 625, Ph. 766-0166, Wichita Falls, Texas, is the owner
of a certain tract of hind out of Block 19 of the J. A. Krr;ti Addition to the city of Wichita
Falls, Texas, Hind herewith replats said land into Lot 14-A, the perimeter of which is described
by metes and bounds as 1:D110WS:
BEGINNING at a cross cut in concrete driveway at the original N.W. cor. of Lot 16, Blk 19,
said J. A. Kemp Addition, and thy N.W. cor. t.)f this tract. Said point being in the south line
of East Scotts
THENCE N.89044'E., with the south R.O.W. of East Scott Ott, 150.0 ft. to an iron stake set
for the original N.E. cor. of Lot 14 and the N.E. cor. of this tract.
THENCE S.00016'E, with the Bast line of said Lot 14, 130.0 ft. to an iron stake set in the
center line of Galveston Street for the S.E. cor. of this tract. Said Galveston Street having
been previously closed by City Ord. No. 1606.
