A tract of land out of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 11, Abstract 299, Wichita County, Texas known
as Lots 4 through 7 and the West Half of Mississippi Street, Block F, J.A. Kemp Addition, an addition
to the City of Wichita Falls and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 and the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block F of the J.A.
Kemp Addition, said point being in the North line of Waco Street and bears East 141.00 feet from the
Southwest corner of Block F, J.A. Kemp Addition for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 150.00 feet along the East line of the above mentioned Lot 3 to a point in the South
line of a 30 foot alley, said point being the Northwest corner of this tract and the Northwest corner
of the above mentioned Lot 4;
Thence East along the South line of said 30 foot alley a distance of 218.00 feet to a point in
the centerline of original Mississippi Street as dedicated, said street being closed by City ordinance
No. 2723, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South along said original centerline of Mississippi Street a distance of 150.00 feet to a
Point in the North line of Waco Street for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence West past the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 and the original West line of Mississippi
