Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 20 & 33, J. A. Kemp Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Block 20, J. A. Kemp Addition and at the Southeast
intersection corner of East Scott Street and Texas Avenue.
THENCE N.890-44'E. along the South R.O.W. line of East Scott Street and the North line of Block
20, J. A. Kemp Addition, 200 feet to a point;
THENCE S.00R-16'E. with the East line of Lot 11, Block 20, 140 feet to a point, said point being
in the centerline of Galveston Street closed by City Ordinance # 1806;
THENCE N.890-44'E. with said centerline, 150.0 feet to a point on the West R.O.W. line of Denison
Street;
THENCE S.000-16'E. with said West R.O.W. line of Denison Street, 180.0 feet to a point on the
North R.O.W. line of a 20 foot dedicated alley;
THENCE S.89e-44'W. with said alley, 350.0 feet to a point on the East R.O.W. line of Texas Ave;
THENCE N.00e-16'W. along said East R.O.W. line, 320.0 feet to the place of beginning and cont-
aining 2.08 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
