Whereas Harold Lobley, 3204 Holliday, Wichita Falls, Texas, 766-0241, is the owner of a
certain tract of land situated in Block F, J. A. Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Wichita County, Texas, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Block F, J. A. Kemp Addition; at the intersection
of the East R.O.W. line of Mill Street with the North R.O.W. line of Waco Street;
THENCE North 150.0 feet with the East R.O.W. of Mill Street to its intersection with the South
line of a 30.0 foot alley;
THENCE East 94.0 feet with the South line of said alley to a point which is the Northwest corner
of lot 3;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to a point in the North R.O.W. line of Waco Street at the Southwest
corner of lot 3;
THENCE West 94.0 feet with the North R.O.W. line of Waco Street to the place of beginning and
containing 0.324 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes
