Addition, as shown on plat recorded at Volume 4, Page 20. Wichita County Plat Records, said
"x" being in the East right-of-way of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE North with the West line of Block 24 and the East line Old Jacksboro Highway, North
a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 47' E with the North line of Lots 12, 13 and 14, a distance of 150.0 feet to an
iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 150.0 feet to an N" set in concrete in the North line of Galveston
Street which is 355.5 feet West of the centerline of Kentucky Street as curbed:
THENCE S 89' 4T W a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.52 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
or the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
