J oseph A. Kemp Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said tract being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a concrete Nail for the Northwest corner of said Lot 2, Block 2C, said
nail also being the Northeast corner of Lot I, said Block 20. said Nail lying in the South
right-of-way line of Waco Street, a dedicated street, for the Northwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence North 890 441 East 50.00 feet along said South right-of-way line to a concrete
nail for the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 and the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 16' East 110.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 2 to an iron rod
in the North right-of-way line of East Scott Street, a dedicated street, for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
