addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an X in concrete, said X in concrete being the point of intersection of the
South right-of-way line of Fort Worth Street and the West right-of-way line of South Basswood
Avenue, said X in concrete being the Northeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 15, said X in concrete
also being the Northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of South Rosewood Avenue, and along the East line
of said Lot7, South 150.00 feet to a If" iron rod for the point of intersection of said West right-
of-way line of South Rosewood Avenue and the North line of a 20 foot alley, said y" iron rod being
