Whereas Helen Foster and Ervin Foster are the Owners of a certain tract of land
situated in Block 22, J. A. Kemp Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the West line of U. S. Highway 287
and State Highway 79 with the center line of the alley closed by the City of Wichita
Falls, Ordinance No. 1675, said point being 10.0 feet South of the Southwest corner
of Lot 4, Block 22, J. A. Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas;
THENCE West along the center line of said alley 100 feet to a point;
THENCE North 90.6 feet to a point in the South line of U. S. Highway 287;
THENCE along a curve to the right having a central angle of 49*58' and radius of 1960
feet for an arc distance of 106.8 feet to a point;
THENCE South 53.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing.164 acres of land.
