THENCE S Ot' 09' 43" W, with the West line of Stesco Avenue and the East line of said Block
81, a distance of 346.04 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of sold Block 81,
for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 01' 37" W, with the South line of said Block 81, a distance of 608.88 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Block 81, for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 01' 09' 43" E, with the West line of said Block 81, a distance of 346.06 feet to
an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Block 81, for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 89' 01' 43" E, with the North line of said Block 81, a distance of 608.88 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.834 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed

public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public .places
