corner of this tract;
THENCE North a distance of 58.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of
this tract?
THENCE N 87° 59• E a distance of 240.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line of
Star Avenue and East line of Block 89, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of Block 89 a distance of 58.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.32 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
