THENCE with the East line of Block 73, South 286.25 feet to an iron rod
in the North right-of-way of State Hwy. 79, a point on curve whose center
bears N 05' 351 30" W 666.2 feet;
THENCE Westerly with curve to the right having a radius of 666.2 feet
and a central angle of 12' 551 30" for an are distance of 150.3 feet to
an iron rod in West line of Block 73;
THENCE .North 283.95 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.991
acre.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
