said addition of record in Volume 3, Page 73, Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
, Beginning .at a 1/2" iron rod being the point of intersection of the south right
-of-way line of State Highway No. 79, and the east right-of-way line of Stesco Ave-
nue, said 1/2" iron rod being the northwest corner and place of beginning of this
description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of State Highway No. 79, North 61°
58' East 192.12 feet to a 6" pipe fence corner for the northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence leaving said south right-of-way line of State Highway No. 79, South
00"1 43.' West-254.85 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
3Mence'.South 860 46' West 164.23 feet to a 1/2" iron rod lying in said east
