Lots 1 and 2, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the original N"E. cor. of said Block 90 in the West R.O.W� line of Star (50 ft. R.O.W.) Avenue.
THENCE South with said R.O.W., 176.9 ft., to an iron stake set at the original S.E, cor. of said Block 90.
THENCE West 985.3 ft., to an iron stake set for the original S.W. cor. of said Block 90.
THENCE North 176.9 ft., to an iron stake set for the original N.W, cor. of said Block 90.
THENCE East 985.3 ft., to the place of beginning and containing 4.00 ac. of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, watercourges, drains,
