4A Wichita Falls Economic Development Notice - 08/23/2021 NOTICE OF MEETING MEETING: Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation (WFEDC) DATE: August 23, 2021 TIME: 3:30 o'clock p.m. LOCATION: City Council Chambers, Memorial Auditorium building, 1300 Seventh Street, Wichita Falls, Texas 1. Call to Order 2. WFEDC Board President authorization to sign the Fourth Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement for sale of 2400 Burkburnett Road, Wichita Falls, Texas, to CMH Manufacturing, Inc. 3. Resolutions to be adopted by the Board of WFEDC authorizing the sale of 2400 Burkburnett Road,Wichita Falls,Wichita County, Texas,to CMH Manufacturing,Inc.,for $1,000,000, and authorizing the signature of related documents for WFEDC. 4. Executive sessions a. Executive Session in accordance with Texas Government Code §551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. b. In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.087, to discuss or deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive, including modification to an existing agreement, for a business prospect that the WFEDC seeks to have, locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the City of Wichita Falls and with which the WFEDC is conducting economic development negotiations for creation and retention of primary jobs (as defined by TEX. LOCAL Gov'T. CODE §501.002) 5. Adjourn. Wheelchair or handicapped accessibility to the meeting is possible by using the designated parking spaces and ramp located off the east parking lot on the Sixth Street entrance.
