2) Approve Minutes for May 20,2021 Board Meeting.
3) Secretary report — Annual Audit - on site work completed, Insurance (Roofs), HUD
approved SAC application and Next steps,Evictions and Vacant units and write offs.
4) Swear in New Board Members
5) Organization of Board—Elect New Officers
6) Resolution 1642—Addendum U Pool Policy
7) Approve the following: a) Accounts Receivable—Write Offs
b) Investments
c) Equipment- Write Offs
d) Check register report
e) Capitol Fund status report
f) Financials—Revenues & Expenditures
