Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the Water Distribution Complex Windows & Painting Project to Cross
R's Company LLC in the amount of$132,658.70
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Water
Distribution Complex Windows & Painting Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cross R's Company,
LLC who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $132,658.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Water Distribution Complex Windows & Painting Project
is awarded to Cross R's Company LLC in an estimated total amount of$132,658.70, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of July, 2021.
