MEETING: WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND

Notice is hereby given that on the 21' day of July 2021, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. Due to health and safety concerns related
to the COVID-19 coronavirus, this meeting will also be conducted by video conference using the Zoom
Meeting App. for those that would like to participate by videoconference.

Public comments related to this meeting will be handled as follows:
Members of the public seeking to provide comments concerning an agenda item shall be required to register
to provide comment by sending an email to the Plan Administrator, Chris Duncan at
james.duncan@wichitafallstx.gov by no later than 12 p.m. the day of the board meeting indicating the
following: (1)person's name; (2) subject the member of the public wishes to discuss, and; (3) telephone
number at which the member of the public may be reached.
When it is time for the portion of the meeting to listen to registered public comments, the Plan administrator
shall unmute each registrant in the order in which they signed up for public comment. If for any reason the
registrant is not present at the time they are called, the Board will proceed to call the next registrant.
Members of the public who have followed the registration instructions will be unmuted for three (3) minutes
to speak. If the registrant submitted written comments in advance, the plan administrator will read those
comments during the public comment section of the meeting.

the agenda. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.

for the 2021 fiduciary liability insurance coverage.

4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on June 16, 2021.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2020 Financial Audit.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2021 Fiduciary Insurance quote.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2nd Quarter Investment review
and the bank loan investment recommendation from AndCo Consulting.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the updated Investment Policy.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve the 5th Plan Amendment.
F. Discussion and possible action to approve funding for registration and travel
expenses for the TEXPERS Summer Conference.
