Resolution Approving Change Order No. 1 To The Seymour Highway
/ Barnett Road Hike And Bike Trail Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP
2011(235) TE, To Luz Lerma Construction Incorporated
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has the City of Wichita Falls entered into a
unit price contract with Luz Lerma Construction Incorporated for the Seymour Highway /
Barnett Road Hike and Bike Trail Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP 2011(235) TE, with
an estimated total cost of $1,910,891.32; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $147,530.37 for a
revised cost of $2,058,421.69.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1
The attached to the Seymour Highway / Barnett Road Hike
and Bike Trail Project, CSJ: 0903-03-099, STP 2011(235) TE is approved, in the
amount of an increase of $147,530.37 and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the change order.
