1 CALL TO ORDER.
A. John Fritzsch called the meeting to order at 1: 0 p.m.
2. MINUTES.
A. The minutes of September 27, 2018 were put before the Board for approval.
Torte Lang made the motion to approve the minutes and .Jim Heiman
seconded the motion.
B. Next Park Board Meeting s hu yule for December 1, 2 6. Approved by
Torn Lang and Alan Donaldson
3. DEPARTMENTAL REPORT:
A. PARKS: `ferry Points
6 miles of trail was effected by flood waters
approaches and parking lot at Loop 11 and Bluff 5% completed.
• Cemetery Infield area marled.
• New rules and regulation on cemetery is ready for 'approval by
council.
0 Bridge timbers replaced on trail at ' eily , Williams and Lake
Wichita
a 45 thousand flowers were installed around town
CVB environmental purchased new playground equipment and picnic
tables for Scotland shelter on north end of park
• Work Service a -prove l for mowing and edging 18 small park
Medical Alliance looking to installing small splash pad In Hamilton
Park near new playground
B. RECREATION: Scott McGee
+ Crew working on complex for Flag Football Tournament this
weekend
Stage being set up for MSS homecoming and Day of the Dead this
weekend
+SA Regional Tennis Tournament going on at Hamilton and Weeks

Meeting with CVB, Torte Lang and Recreation at I P C putting
together wrestling tournament
Making plans for a Ist indoor Pi klel all Tournament with MPEC
small sided portable soccer fields set up at MPEC
December 7,8 & 9 1"Annual hinter Blast soccer Tournament being
held at IPC
Cheer Clinic cancelled this year due to Breather, no reschedule date
due to MSU cheer tarn schedule
• Halloween in the Park huge success over 1,500 kids attended, lar es
attendance in at least 14 years
City Lights Parade and Christmas in the Park corning up in
December for Recreation
. PARK IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE:
Mistrial marker ready for installment
