Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the 2021 Lift Station 15, 36, & 39 Rehabilitation Project to Leetech
Solutions, LLC in the amount of $389,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2021 Lift
Station 15, 36, & 39 Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Leetech Solutions, LLC
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of$389,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2021 Lift Station 15, 36, & 39 Rehabilitation Project is
awarded to Leetech Solutions, LLC in an estimated total amount of$389,000.00, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of June, 2021.
