Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the 2021 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project to Scales Concrete
Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $676,450.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2021 Concrete
Street Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Scales Concrete
Construction Co., Inc. who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $676,450.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2021 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project is awarded
to Scales Concrete Construction Co., Inc. in an estimated total amount of $676,450.00,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City, in a form approved
by the City Attorney, with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
